Terms & Conditions:
• The competitor’s quote must be for a similar facility (unit size, services, etc.).
• Non-like-for-like units or offices are not eligible.
• The competitor must have the required unit size available.
• The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised online or provided in an official written quote.
• Cannot be combined with other offers (including introductory offers).
• The competitor must be within a 5-mile radius.
• Quotes must be dated within two weeks of your move-in date.
• Only written quotes are accepted; verbal quotes are not valid.
• The Price Match rate is valid for 3 months, after which standard rates apply.
• Price comparisons include rent charges, including VAT.
• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time.

Yes, acceptable forms of ID include a driver’s license, passport, utility bill, council tax document, or bank statement.

No. The building is secure with CCTV throughout. However, you are responsible for locking your unit or office at the close of each business day.

Yes. Public Liability Insurance is required before occupying a unit. A copy must be provided for our records.

Yes, but units and offices can only be reserved if payment is made in advance. We recommend securing your space early to guarantee availability.

While not temperature-controlled, our purpose-built units and offices are clean and dry – and the units are ideal for light manufacturing, storage, or office use.

Yes, “switching” is allowed; you can scale up or down as needed, and we will adjust your rent invoices accordingly.

Yes, prohibited items include:
• Perishable food (unless securely packed and refrigerated)
• Live animals
• Combustible or flammable materials
• Firearms, explosives, weapons, or ammunition
• Chemical, radioactive, or biological agents
• Toxic waste, asbestos, or hazardous materials
• Illegal substances or stolen goods
• Compressed gases or fuels

No, we do not accept cash payment as we do not have the facility to process it.
However, we do accept various forms of electronic payment, including bank transfers, card payments, and standing orders, etc.
Please note that after your initial deposit and rent payment, invoices are issued quarterly in advance.
