Our Caribbean Colouring Group is a monthly art therapy session specifically designed for elderly members of the Caribbean community. This program provides a welcoming space where participants can engage in creative activities while connecting with others who share similar cultural backgrounds and experiences.
The sessions combine the therapeutic benefits of art with social interaction, creating an environment that promotes mental wellbeing, reduces isolation, and celebrates Caribbean culture and heritage.
Each session includes guided colouring activities, storytelling, light refreshments, and plenty of opportunities for conversation and friendship building.

No need to register in advance. Simply arrive at the Windrush Millennium Centre on the second Wednesday of the month at 10:30 AM.
Our friendly facilitators will welcome you, introduce you to other participants, and help you get settled in.
