Find answers to common questions about our services, business spaces, and community programs.

Business Spaces

What types of business spaces do you offer?

We offer a variety of spaces including office units, light industrial units, workshops, meeting rooms, and event spaces. Our units range from 424 sq ft to larger spaces, all designed to support small and medium enterprises.

What are the rental terms?

We offer flexible terms with just one month's rent in advance plus small deposits. There are no long-term lease commitments - you can move in or move out with just one month's notice. This "Easy In, Easy Out" approach supports business growth and flexibility.

What's included in the rental price?

All rental prices include superfast broadband, telephone line, 24/7 security with CCTV, on-site parking, maintenance, communal cleaning, and 24/7 access for licensees. There are no hidden costs.

What insurance do I need?

You'll need Public Liability Insurance and, if you employ people, Employment Liability Insurance. We can provide guidance on obtaining appropriate coverage.

Can I view the spaces before renting?

We encourage potential tenants to view our available spaces. Contact us on 0161 636 7500 to arrange a viewing at a time that suits you.

Community Programs

Who can participate in your community programs?

Our programs are open to residents of Moss Side, Hulme, and surrounding areas. Some programs have specific target groups (like our Caribbean Colouring Group for elderly community members), but most are open to all community members.

Do I need to register for events in advance?

Most of our regular programs are drop-in sessions where you can just turn up. For special events or workshops with limited capacity, we may require advance registration. Check the specific event details or contact us to confirm.

Are your programs free?

Yes, most of our community programs and events are completely free. We believe in removing barriers to participation and ensuring everyone can access our services regardless of their financial situation.

How can I stay updated about upcoming events?

You can subscribe to our event notifications through our website, follow us on social media, or contact us directly. We also display information about upcoming events at the Windrush Millennium Centre.
