Booking Information & Terms
Operating Hours & Pricing
- • Standard hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- • Half day (up to 4 hrs): Morning (9 AM-1 PM) or Afternoon (1 PM-5 PM)
- • Full day: Up to 8 hours maximum
- • Out of hours bookings: Double the standard rates
- • Weekend bookings available on request
- • All prices exclude VAT (20%)
Cancellation Policy
- • Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 2 working days
- • Cancellation fee: £10 + VAT per meeting
- • Less than 48 hours notice: Full room hire cost
- • Cancellations must be confirmed by email
- • Payment options: £400 deposit or payment before usage
