He holds an LL.B in Law, an M.S. in Education, and a Ph.D. in International Law. Dr. Farquharson serves as Chief Inspector General, Investigating Instruction Judge, Adjudicating Presiding Judge, and Enforcement Compliance Judge for a UN IGO Court of International Justice.
