Lorna has extensive experience working directly with African Caribbean communities across England on issues of social justice and human rights. Her deep understanding of community needs and challenges makes her an invaluable leader in our organization.
She has a strong background in youth work which informs her engagement with community development and regeneration initiatives. This experience has given her unique insights into the challenges facing young people and families in our communities.
Lorna is particularly experienced in consulting and delivering training for cultural institutions on Autism Awareness and special educational needs, working to enhance understanding and accessibility for all community members.
